It is not easy to accomplish a positive state of mind a 100% of the time simply because we as humans tend to slip into negativity due to our environment or our own actions so keep in mind this is a long journey and a work in progress. Start with positive affirmations ....make it the first thought in your mind on waking up and the last thought in your mind before falling asleep. It was indeed not a Preta but I dont know what to call a lady of around 95 years old at the top of a very tall Mango tree calling my name at evening and only evening not morning night or anything.
