Oh man, I can never forget this game. I think this was the first year my family had NFL Sunday Ticket and we switched over to this game live. I don't know if that NFC Championship game was fixed Vikings' fan, but there was an absurd amount of bias in the Saint's favor in the OT. There seemed to be no bias in the 3rd and 4th quarters, and the Vikes were in a position to win the game with a FG, when Favre threw the pick. IF the refs were fixing it, why wouldn't they have shown some bias in the 3rd or 4th quarter to help the Saints (other than letting some defenders get away with a late hit on Favre) ensure a win, and or to make sure the Vikes wouldn't come within a FG of winning it ?

I'm the son of a football coach. My Dad, as well as three of my uncles and, now retired, two of my granddads, have coached. I played a few years, but I knew all along it wasn't my sport. When I was young I went to each and every home game. I've seen countless games and been to bowl games year after year. I'm in college now and after all these years, I've grown distant from football. I absolutely love my Dad and his passion, but I just never really have shared any passion with him for the sport. I'd though football just never really made me feel something. Have I got to say, this video, this really made me feel something. Some of it had to do with the fact that I had no idea what was going to happen. Unlike my Dad's who knew just what was going to happen when I showed him. When you said "and everything went just as planned" I was conflicted, but when I saw it, when I heard it, wow... I can see my Dad's passion in this video. I can see that passion that went into making it and I know I understand my Dad's love for the sport that much better now. Thank you.

But you making an effort to understand your dads passion, and caring about something because someone you care about cares about it makes you seem like a pretty good guy. I hope your dad feels the same way about some of your interests as well.

Hey Jon, looks up the last play between the Eagles and Giants in December 2001. Think it was Ron Dixon possibly I forget, but it was a game to get to the playoffs and they almost completed a hook and ladder play with 6 seconds left from the 20 needing a TD to win. As an Eagles fan I almost had a heart attack
