Apcometri The only place that has matched this venue for me is Telly. Derek clearly picked this place for a reason! I loved that the pins this year incorporated the lake, even if they were a bit bland imo. As long as I'm on the beast coast, ill be coming to this spot for PL. Magical is the only fuckin word for it. I can see it happening for a while if they keep up the episodic touring. Dionysus praise.

Agreed.. The Pavillon is a great venue, perfect. I am really hoping they continue it next year.. Telluride was amazing I;m sure. Used to live in CO and thats where I saw them play for the first time at Red Rocks. I really miss it there. Nothing like it ..

I thought Night one this year was a little slow, awesome songs but they didn't bang as hard as usual, and I was also exhausted. Transitions were pretty long. But Night 2 last year banged really hard. It was an awesome weekend, but I hear what you are saying. I think this band is really comfortable with themselves now.

Apcometri Nah, I straight preferred this year to last. Last year was utter fire, idc what anyone says those sets were on point. But this year the band felt more tightly wound. And honestly, Derek's always a lil off. That's why we love him.

I agree. Part of his charm is not being perfect and just playing shows all summer must be exhausting as well.. I was right up front and noticed he took his hat off for a bit. .Havent seen him do that in a long time. Lol

No totems allowed at Pretty Lights events. Greatest rule ever. There's no need for totems anywhere besides huge festivals and it sucks when they're blocking your view in the crowd.
