Strangely, I actually don't remember, but if I had to guess, I think that was after I had failed the stage. Failing the stages that have double lines around them is how you progress.

Im in episode 9 but ther is no 9-10 it's 8 how to fix that?

You have to lose that stage, and then again on stage 10. Stages will the 2 lines around them, means you javelin to lose to unlock more

In stages 4, 6, 8, and 10. You want to fail the stage in order to unlock more stages
