Underneath layer effect (above the layers) you can add the effect “water fringe”, it will effect everything on that layer!

How's that brush when you shadow called and where did you find it? It's like a shadow but with a little line at the ends, I really need it!

Under layer effect there’s an effect “water fringe” (drop down menu under Effect). I turned it on on my shading layers!
