Had cerebral hemorrhage in 2020. Then an ischemic stroke in 2023. Didn't have any risk factors for either. Normal BP, never smoked or drank alcohol, never did any drugs, not even once, cholesterol level is 127, physically active (avid mountain biker) normal healthy BMI and not diabetic, and finally no family history of strokes. Was on aspirin therapy at the time. Never any atrial fibrillation. Doctors said I was just unlucky. Not sure how to control that risk factor.

I think the obvious has to be said here: constant high bp is bad. If there is a recovery period every day during which bp happens to be low that should be enough. We obviously are designed to have short term high bp during exercise etc

Not always to do with lifestyle, genetics plays a part as well.

i smoke 2 packs a day and my blood pressure is fine. I just doubt the science of patient blaming

Every video I come across stresses high blood pressure as the cause of stroke. I have low blood pressure(80/60 heart rate 55) use essentially no salt, and have had , for certain, two TIAs, and I suspect several more that haven't seem to totally manifest. I have on average two shots of liquor a day, and smoke, and eat aspirins almost like candy. When I quit smoking and drinking for awhile, I started getting faint and dizzy. BP went down to 60/40). Can't afford doctors, so I'm asking "What the Hell??"

You'll want a doctor to diagnose your symptoms. Ask someone who can help you find options so you can be diagnosed properly.
