Hello Damaso. Do you know if is possible to move all the ROMs to a usb/ external drive with your image. I want to do something similar to what the official retropie does. They let you run the os in an sd and your ROMs from a usb by just adding a specific name folder/ directory to the usb drive. After rebooting the os, the sd sees the folder and starts moving the ROMs and bios to new folders within the usb. What unofficial version of retropie is your image running or what version of the supreme os are you running? Is this something you could help me with

Anyone else getting massive controller lag with this image? Wired or wireless, there's a half second delay between button presses and actions, even on NES. I tested my Pi 3b+ build (stock Retropie image) on the same TV with the same controllers to rule out any issues and it worked perfectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turns out it was the 4K Tv upscaling that was causing the lag. Forcing 1080p on the Pi fixed it.

I Flashed image to a 2tb external hardrive. Boots up perfectly (without micro sd) from there but when I select a game the screen just goes black and stays black. Any suggestions for a fix would be greatly appreciated.

hello damaso what a great job ,i download the first 128 gb a couple of weeks ago and yesterday i'm download the second 200 gb . i'm playing it on my arcade bar top ,but i'm having a couple of questions ,i'm very new in the retropie world ,the image is made for 720p or 1080p,my screen on the arcade bar top is vga resolution , so for example: the left menu with the turtles openbor are a little bit in the gaming list ,i now where in the option menu to change the resolution but yesterdag i'm traying to change the resolution but after reboot the system there was a message no analog .... dawn ,there was nothing i could do with my arcade bartop anymore ,just format the sd cart and reinstalling the image for 5 hours ,can you tell what resolution i must take to get the screen like you video. question 2 :my hotkey not working when i want to exit any game on psp and psp mini ,do you play this games with a controller xbox ,playstation ?i have to play it with a windows usb xbox controller but not working. if you playing it with a playstation or xbox controller ,how to install this on your image because maybe later i'm testing the retropie on an philips hd tv so there is no joysticks , i'm I still have to gain a lot of knowledge greetings Bjorn belgium

Love your image! Anyway to get favorites working? They show up when I set them. But then they always default back to only chrono trigger once I reboot or turn off and back on. Any tips?

aakelly20 Remove Chrono Trigger from favourites and try again. I just did that and rebooted my pi and the games I selected for favourites are still there.

The way I got this to work was NOT to shut down from the UI - Power - Shut Down, but instead shut down from the Start Button then shut down the system from there. It doesn't save metadata when you shut down from the UI.

Jonnie King Thanks for the information. I never use the UI shut down button. Pressing start is just a force of habit.

Daphine is having a bit of trouble, I go to start a game and it goes to the loading video but exits back to the game selection menu, any idea for a quick fix? I'm running a Pi 4 with aracde1up gen3 cab using the stock monitor.

@@bellwitch007 which resolution did you pick? I chose 720 and it doesnt fill the screen correctly. 5:4 wont work it just flashes. On a gen 2 cab stock monitor dont know if that makes a difference.

Hi, If i powercycle my PI with this build, it doesn't boot all the time, anyone else got that issue? i need to pull out the SD card and put it back before it starts to boot again. I really like it so want to use it :)

I’ve tried everything even dounloaded again and installed. But no games work just black screen. I have a pi4 arcade one up modes. I’ve changed the hdmi text in the config and still does the same. I’ve flashed twice now. Any suggestions?

Jason Meyers I’m not sure how to help you. I don’t know how to correct your problem. I’m sorry. I know a few people who have put this image in their Arcade 1up machines and it works fine. Once again sorry I can’t help.

Never update a pre-made image. I don’t believe those roms work with the updated version of flycast

Don't worry. I was using a generic xbox wireless adapter. Had to plug in the keyboard to reconfigure the mapping

Plug in a keyboard, then load a Dreamcast game. When the game starts up, press esc on the keyboard. It will give you a redream menu. Highlight input on the top and input your on controller buttons. Hope this helps.

I am having two minor issues with this image. 1) the SSH password is not the default or supreme. Do you know what it is? 2) the keyboard layout is international and I can not find a USA keyboard layout option in any of the options, even in the Other options. Can you tell me how to get a USA keyboard layout?

The password is supreme and it is set to the U.S keyboard. Since I’m in Canada and we use the same layout.

@@gopromri4907 I used a 2tb external hdd to extract the image from real debrid. Then use a program to write the image to an SD card.

Hi, I have changed my raspberry pi 3b+ for a pi4 and put this image (it's great!!!). I have a batop for two players and my issue is that i can't remap the controllers in mame. With pi3 i pressed TAB when the game was loaded a access to global settings. But here i can't acces the global settings for mame. I will be very grateful if you could help me?. Many thanks

Hey Damaso, love your 128gb nostalgia image... it works perfectly fine for me. But the 200gb doesn't. I've get it as a torrent from arcade punks. I've flashed it to a 200gb micro sd. During the boot process my tv flashes a minute or so, then the pi seems to reboot... and then just a black image. Have you any advice for me? What have I done wrong? Great work anyway!

Markus W Hi. It might be a bad download. Might have gotten corrupted during the download. I had this happen to someone else. They had to re-download the image and then it worked for them.
