We are very lucky Dr. Yang is still with us. If you haven't done so already I recommend you attend one of his workshops. There are too few teachers of his caliber today. We have the responsibility to nurture the next generation. Let us not lose any more information to time, ignorance, or apathy! Keep practice. Peace.

Return to prebirth breathing. Automatic, deep diaphragmatic, continuous baby breathing. With every breath all the time. (Even when sleeping.) For those with challenging questions should be able to find answers in Dr. Yang's ground breaking works on Chi-Kung. All of his works have been exhaustive and are authoritative. However, for those wishing to journey deeper still. I recommend books on Raja Yoga, or pranayama. Or texts on Tantric Yoga like the "Vijnana Bhairava", or the "Spanda-Karikas". At higher levels of training kung-fu and yoga have a great many commonalities. Their practices overlap each other. All the best. Swasti.

We agree with Dr. Yang 100% on this issue. The real art was almost lost. And today few people have the patience, focus and faith, to cultivate the art within themselves. As Dr. Yang has said; "Study one art deeply." Not three or four arts superficially. The black belt only serves to remind us that we are sincere students. My motto is; "Ten years till Black Belt. A lifetime to mastery." Think of your training as a lifetime love affaire. Expand and deepen your training into a life style. Keep practice, and train for life! Thanks YMAA! All the best.
