I like Carter Yakemchuk but if we were to take him Id trade down to maybe 9th with Calgary (especially if Iginla is still up there). Parekh and Dickinson will go before 7 imo

Agreed move down for sure if you want him. Way too much better talent at 7OA, might as well get some assets if you want him. He’s solid but definitely gonna go a bit later

@SENSTALK here's my process of thinking. I'd make a trade with Calgary to acquire Rasmus Andersson and potentially Weegar in a trade. I absolutely LOVE those two guys and think they are massive upgrades for our Dcore. Boston's first would be involved. So then if we trade down with Calgary, we would probably get pick 28, which we could flip for a goalie. That's my armchair GM work lol

I doubt Parekh is still available at #7, but if he is, I'd be very happy if the Sens pick him... Parekh + Klevin could eventually be the next Karlsson + Methot

Would love Parekh, he’s insanely talented. But I don’t know if they’ll take him… doesn’t feel like a Senator pick. Undersized and weakish defensively … I personally would be ecstatic though.

Glad your back. Also, can you to something like cup check, like call it something else. As a Sens fan Oilers May make a big comeback and win the cup. Come on, let’s bring the cup back to Canada.
