Ulpian could just be a stat stick with no talents and he would still be insane on the AH team, I'd imagine at least one of his talents will buff the squad as well though... I need him so much (genuinely already planning who to skip because he coming out right after the anni rocked my plans)

Crusher already has the highest hp, then add on +50% hp from spalter Y and Skadi Y, then add the % based hp regen and damage resistance from gladiia X, then his S2 auto regens HP 💀

Unironically, solely because of Gladiia's module, Ulpianus being a Crusher actually works really well. Crusher stat line is insane, but is suffers from no defense, but Gladiia's module more than easily make up for it. Hoederer's Shelter passive is just a weaker version of Gladiia's module. But on top of that, Ulpianus gets Skadi, Specter, Specter Alter, and Andrianna (which AS buff is particularly valuable for Crusher's low attack interval), so he is likely going to be an insane stat stick, without his skills even being involved in the calculation. Given Gladiia's existence, it's almost unlikely that Ulpianus' kit will get much in terms of survival, but in the case where he does (so his s2 so far), he'll likely be almost impossible to kill unless he is getting hardrush down. If his kit does opt into solely offensive, it is also fine since the Abyssal Hunter squad buff more than make up for the lack of survival.

Really cool usage of his s3 would be supplementing spalter after s2 auto kill. If i end up going for him id probably use it for that at least.

Regarding Hunters, if we talk about something combined with the name, something like “increased damage with each subsequent shot at the same target” (chasing prey) or vice versa “increased damage of the first hit on the target” (ambush) comes to mind.

I forgot that Rey already has a similar talent, so it would not be logical to add the first option, and the second would contradict it.
