You need to always look under the dresser drawers, Pull them out and look around the inside of dresser and under the drawers. Even pull out the jewelry box little drawers. We found so much stuff taped to the bottom of drawers at mt Dads old house. Even in between book pages.

I suspect that the son didn’t know that this storage unit was there. It’s the parents who’s storage unit you bought Geremy and Jorge. Many of the items are from the 1930s to present. There’s more money in the storage unit that could of paid off the home mortgage.
