A few of my observations....My first thought for the item missing a spoke was a pipe stand but I think it's too tall (though proportions can be really out of whack on screen!) but as a spin my own yarn I might suggest that it could also be a spindle stand. The "light bulbs" are twinned with the furniture behind you in your study! The proper title for it is a Radiogram, we had one as a kid back in the 80's and they were vintage items even then. Honestly, if I could fit one in my house, I would invest in one immediately! The sound of vinyl through a radiogram is so warm & all encompassing & second to none. A memory from my childhood that this vlog just pulled out was listening to Prokoviev's Peter & the Wolf on the radiogram and having a love of classical music born in me! Anyhooooo, they're valves for the radio part of the radiogram. As soon as I saw them I knew because I remembered you showing us & moving the radiogram in your vlog a while ago. On to the royal commemorative mug... KEEP IT SAFE! Now, I know that you're not really into the Royals but I understand that wider Canada does have quite a strong Royalist contingent? Commemorative Coronation goodies from the 30's for Edward are really valuable (Ive seen one from a particular pottery valued at £2,000 UK) purely because he was never coronated. They were never sold for very long and as a result are VERY sought after in the UK so I imagine the same in 🇨🇦 being as you're part of the Commonwealth. 💛

I would love to buy the baby Pram from you for my new granddaughter; too bad we are separated by roughly 2000 miles (3200 kilometers). The giant chrome wheel looks like the top of a retail clothing rack. The wood handle with blade is an antique planer/scraper. I think used for small detail pieces. As a home canner, the jar is old, 1930s or maybe older, you need a rubber gasket between the lip of the jar and the glass top, those are still available. It is a very good 3 piece canning set up and it is infinitely reusable, as long as all the sealing surfaces are sound. The only thing that would make it better, would be if it was the light blue, that's how we can tell age of a jar here.

Not that online selling would be your first money-making gig, but seriously, the stuff you don't want to keep, you should sell the items online to help fund your home reno stuff. Just add a caveat to your selling that orders will be filled depending when you're in town. Seriously. This could really be a solution to building up some $$$ reserves.
