What year did tilt telescoping steering wheels come to the H3-45?

The version with the air locking mechanism shown in the video started in 1998 on the H3 platform and 2000 for the XLII. However, prior to this we still had tilt and telescopic but it was operated by a manual lever located on the steering column. This goes back to 1987.
