The full Prevue '98 was used on-air; I saw an April 1998 video with it used alongside a box saying "Prevue First!"

You know after all the years when the Prevue Guide/Channel transitioned to TV Guide Channel from the years when Time Warner Cable was just an Indie from Cablevision of Charlotte, NC I still call TV Guide Channel "The Prevue Channel" to this day. Reason why is because it still has that same characteristic when it started in 1981 as a Scrolling EPG (Electronic Program Guide). Hence the name "Prevue Guide."
