Man.. I came to you because I wanted to learn about realestate. I just realized it's bigger than that. Your teaching me how to always elevate and become a entrepreneur. Thanks Max.💪🏿

What better way to get more prepared and sharpened for the next phase of development than being hands on in your own build. One thing I've learned from Max is that everything he does is strategic, intentional and purposeful beyond the moment. He thinks ahead and out of the box. I see you black man, keep pushing.

Max, you need an AV equipment cabinet to host all your audio/video/low voltage/ IT components. You should be able to get a 44space cabinet and have it sit in where all the junction boxes are located.

Nice job on the wiring, but please don’t miss out on one of the BEST ‘smart home’ features.....lighting control! Building a house from the ground up like that means you don’t have to have those large multi-gang switch boxes all over. Just a suggestion, but good job....looking good and way to go on helping to educate others! 👍

Are you going to get Cable or Fiber also are you thinking of wired or wireless? I'm going to use unifi network for my access points.

I’m doing a hybrid system where I am hardwiring fiber to as many spots as I can throughout the house as well as wifi mesh throughout the house!

I understand why you are running the cat 6 for devices that are not wifi capable, also for security reasons, but another option to go is wifi. Strategically placed access points throughout the house is a good option as well for devices that are wifi capable. it saves time and money on wiring the entire house. You can still add some ethernet drops if you use both options just to cover the devices with no wifi option. But either way I cannot wait to see the finished project, please give us a full tour when its decorated and you are moved in. Congrats!!!!!!
@MaxMaxwellYT3 жыл бұрын
When you have the option the best thing to do is run a device even if it is Wi-Fi capable on ethernet. Do you want as less things as possible to run on wireless. The house does have six wireless access points. So if you have a smart TV it needs ethernet if you want to run an Apple TV box to it it needs ethernet do you want to run a PS5 it needs a ethernet

Nice... don’t want to be the party pooper here but are you planning on using a EMF device to measure the magnetic field in your home to see if it’s going to be at a safe level with all those wiring, 5G and smart devices Mr Max I may not know as much as you do about wholesaling but I can tell you about intercellular damage. Please remember our cells were never made to absorb all these frequencies so over time they. WILL reap havoc on your health. Before you close those walls, know the facts, also remember smart devices also allow many unseen eyes in your home, double up on cyber security. Health over smart. Good luck on this journey.💕

realistically the one blind makes logical sense in theory - buttttt ---- it would be better to have 2 individual blinds- perhaps on a sunny day you only want half of a window open, or maybe you won't one side more privacy for any reason and the other side of the blinds open - but your casa brotha-
