Don't mind the idiots who hate to hear the truth. John Mahama did the phases 1 and 2. The phase 2, which comprises the terminal building, the tower, and others is the brainchild of John Mahama. The funds for the phase 2 was secured by Mahama, and the parliamentary hansard is there for anyone to check for the facts. The only thing Nana Addo did is the phase 3 which comprises ancillary works around the airport like the roads and the parking lots.
