I'm surprised no one has asked the following question...why is the 2022 UK per KWH price cap is taken by the highest forward/futures price not the average price and today it early August 2022 and the price of oil and gas has reduced to $85 per barrel but the price hasn't changed...Please can you explain exactly how does it.
