Please note that the Dichondra is not part of Howard's official prize total. It was a popular grass substitute for lawns in Southern California at the time. I know it best for an episode of Adam-12 where a resident literally had his lawn stolen and it ended up being Grand Theft Real Estate (though the lawn was seeded by the homemaker, it was officially on city property).
