I was surprised to hear a listing for just under $1million dollars in Southern Highlands but this house is too dated, needs a pool in the backyard and landscaping. That tile in the front entrance is absolutely atrocious.🤮 Not a fan of the kitchen because it needs a longer island and has no wow factor. There is great potential for this property and the neighborhood is mature and beautiful. Someone will buy this home.

My aunt and uncle home in Santa Clarita is worth that price but it's half the size of this house. It was built in early 2000's and she kept it in showroom condition. So yeah, a good $2-$3 mil.
