I was lucky enough to pull the Greninja EX card! I'm just missing the Carmine to complete the set now. Has been an exciting month since getting back into collecting cards. I sent off the Greninja to be graded but after talking to the game shop employee, it sounds like it'll likely be a PSA 9. It'll still be very sentimental to have in the collection. Do you think a PSA 9 Greninja will be worth more than raw?

Thats amazing, great luck! Welcome back to the hobby!!! If you still had it, I Woolf have told you to send me a picture via a email, I could had eyeballed it. Don't really trust gamestop on grading. Hope it gets a 10… Side note, usually PSA 9 is above a raw or even. Usually.

Yeah totally agree, price will drop I think at one point. I think the zard is nicer and the Art style is more or less the same.

Whattt? The squirtle promo is 85? Wtf? How are promo cards considered part of the set?

It really becomes opinion based when comes to Promo cards…funny enough some of the ETB booklets now include promo cards in them, whereas previous ones did not. IMO to truly master a set you need to collect them all in set and promos from set. It just seems like a half job to not get the promos. To each their own of course. Yeah it’s really pricey, insane.
