Not everyone will love your products that's why it's really important that you start by finding your ideal customers first and then, think of products that will appeal to them. Hi Mei Excellent advice and you sure have a lot of knowledge for one so young. Thanks for the advise on the pricing of products, one area of my manufacturing business that needs to be looked at carefully , However , in the last few months I have had a huge increase of one of my main raw materials , pewter alloy of some 40 percent plus , where do I go from here with my products , as I feel that once my model products get to the shops where they have been sold for the last 20 years or more there retail price will jump to such a high price they will be priced out of the market , there is no alternative material to manufacture them in either. Sell on line, and cut the shops out,,,, or just shut down.

@@CreativeHiveCo Thanks for the help unfortunetly the alloy is subject to the world tin price and any searching for other suppliers of Pewter alloy of the composition I require wouldn't have little or no impact on the base price of the metal . The price rise of the tin is world wide and affects all the alloy suppliers. Did check another supplier and enquired on the price per KG and it was the same. I think it is the end of my products.
