I think you’re missing the point. Theres no way i can give even a ball park for every building type, for everyone across the world. Its better for you to know how to come up with your own pricing that’s profitable. Its simple to do. Its just work. If you run from the work you might as well hide from the money.
@Mssuperclean
@Mssuperclean Жыл бұрын
I think what some people alluding here that this video is unhelpful is that most people know that in order to be profitable a company needs to earn more than spend. What they want to know is how to do the actual pricing the job (big, medium or small) how to calculate the work man hour plus supplies + taxes + markup and still to keep the client happy. his video does not speak about this but does exerts lots of unhelpful word sounds... :( Your other videos are very helpful. More videos like that, and no more videos like this one please.
@DJTheBoss
@DJTheBoss Жыл бұрын
I can understand and respect that. I knew this video would seem unhelpful for some. But I believe it got through to the audience it was ment for. To people who are looking for a quick and easy pricing formula to follow, this video wont be helpful at all. I didnt want to make that video because the economy and markets change constantly. I dont want people who truly follow me to be stuck following something out dated and blaming me for it. Id rather them know how to think for themselves and develop a real business skill. Its great practice for any business man or woman. Literally almost everyones pricing is different. Look up 3 more videos from other youtubers and you will get 3 difference methods and mark ups.

Neither should cost you out of pocket. Your business makes the money that pays them. It depends on how you want to run your business. If you want control and to train your way and your style then go w-2. If you want to farm it out to other cleaning businesses and forget about the training and uniforms then go 1099.
