Hi Ayesha, what do you want to discuss specifically? So many factors are involved in pricing and every market is different so it’s very difficult to set standard prices. We can help you with this issue in our Q&A session on March 13.

You ladies are awesome! You seem to have become successful in the field quickly. Much of it I am sure is due to your great natural personalities. Thank you for making such great videos. I read your about page regarding how your company got started. Can you give more details on your first project. What mistakes did you make in the beginning that you know better about now? How do you work now; what is your process for consultations, vacant, occupied? What so you wish you knew then that you know now about the business? How long did it take to generate a profitable business. It is obvious that you love what you do and that it what I would love...to love my live and not feel like I am going to a job each day. Thank you!!!

Hey Jenny and Erin. Your videos are super helpful and I'm learning a lot from your youtube channel. live in Canada and trying to download your toolkit list. Everytime I click on the link it gives me an error. Please help
As always excellent tips. Thank you! What percent of vacant homes do you stage verses owner occupied?

Hey Marie! We do a pretty wide variety of vacant vs. owner occupied stagings. The vacant listings are our primary target for putting together a rental package. Occupied listings usually involve a staging consultation and detailed walkthrough and we will work with their existing pieces. We don’t typically rent our inventory to occupied homes because of the risk of damage. Another solution to the need for inventory in an occupied house, is the buy the items on behalf of the consumer and bill for our hourly rate and the cost of the items, which would either convey with the home or the seller would keep. We love your questions! Keep them coming!

How do I learn my market?

Make connections with realtors and stagers in your area. You can get a feel of what people are willing to pay for staging and build your pricing around those numbers. It’s a bit of trial and error in the beginning stages.
