Hi go groomer luv ur channel I was considering buying a prima but I noticed you’re only allowed to use one shampoo at a time that’s not considering the conditioner so how does that work if you need to change up your shampoo or your conditioner I also love the nozzle that you use for your water where can I get one Thanks Ivonne

Prima has one aux option for a second product. But honestly, I like to use a hypo shampoo for every dog in the tank and choose my conditioner per coat type. I apply the conditioner by hand and pre-mix in a mixing bottle. My tub sprayer is made by triStar vet.

They come in a set for a reason, usually you will use 3 combs in different areas of the groom. The length is preference to the owners request.

I raise bernedoodles and I groom them myself. I keep them long so brushing bathing brushing and drying takes me nearly four hours each. I’d love to get the prima encore is that something that would be worth me purchasing prima encore. Can I purchase it not being a business?

I empty and rinse the tank every couple of days. Hot water mixed with about 1. Up of vinegar. No bleach in this system, it will destroy the guts of it.

There should be a system like this in Europe. We can’t buy it because it’s a 110 V and here in Europe we work with 220 V. Try to contact Primabathing by email. The only thing that you should need is a converter plug that goes from 110 V to 220 V

I would not choose the bather box over the Prima. You are limited with shampoos in the bather box as well as is does not come close to cleaning the pets the way the Prima does.

@@MrMaloriebush the Prima is very conservative and economical. Uses less water and shampoo and Remember you apply it to a dry coat which saves you a ton of water. That is why it is the best choice for mobile groomers as well. 👍🏻

On one of your other videos you used a scrubber to clean the dog with Davis De-greaser, would you now recommend just using the Prima Bathing System? Do you think that works just as well? Hi Sweetie:) I suggest the loofah for home pet bathers that would not be able to purchase the prima system. My hope here on Go Groomer is to bring all aspects of grooming to the light:) I use all bathing techniques as a groomer that I share with you all:) Sometimes it is faster for me to just grab the loofah for a second wash. I also use the loofah technique when bathing puppies for their first grooming session:) Hugs my friend and stay safe!!!

So you only use one shampoo. So if you have a dog that needs a medicated bath you just wash by hand? I’m used to a system that has 4 different shampoos hooked into it. But it’s kind of a pain

The problem I have found with your videos is that the older ones suggest items that are no longer relevant... 2 mini schnauzers 1 maltipoo 1 Maltese and extend family 2 standard poodles I groom.. I recently used a Prima bathing system at my local pet store that had a DIY dog wash, and I was disappointed with it. Maybe I dont fully understand how its supposed to work and I had wrong expectations, or if it just wasnt hooked up properly. I had to 1st wet down my dog with water from a hose attached to the tap of the tub. Then I used the Prima system, which I assumed would have a steady supply of warm water coming into the tank and mixing with the soap. But the water was COLD! The tank wasnt hooked up to a warm water tap anywhere. The employee said the tank is filled every morning with warm water and then they mix in the soap. But after the mix sat in the tank all day the water got cold. The high pressure wash was great but it was cold water, so I didnt do as good of a job as I wanted because I was doing it quickly to minimize the cold water on my dog. Then I had to switch back to using the hose on the tub to rinse out the soap...with warm water. So Im confused. All the seperate hoses, the cold water, the seperate rinsing just didnt seem right to me. I dont want to wash my dog in Feb with cold water. Can anyone clarify and explain how this is supposed to be hooked up and how it works?

My new prima stopped working within the one year warranty and I returned for free repair. Prima said nothing is wrong with the prima mailed it back to me inoperable. I use the auxiliary hose since the large tank just stopped working. Way to bulky to clean everyday after a hard days work. Definitely too much money for the system and many out there that work just as good. Customer service was very arrogant and beware a repair after the one year warranty will cost you in the upwards of $500.00. Never again will I purchase. And I don’t believe she’s not affiliated. She’s making serious cash advertising for Prima

I am the “she” you are referring to. 1-I am not affiliated with prima and have never received money from the company 2-my first prima lasted 14 years and was operating fine when it was replaced. 3-I find their customer service terrific. I wonder if your electric is inadequate. I know it will effect the pump from operating properly. Just a thought…
