As a novice, I've been looking for a demonstration of how to use a universal cutter grinder. The English subtitles are an immense help as compared to the Chinese narrations available elsewhere. I have to rate this as one of the best demonstrations of a universal cutter grinder on KZbin. I was especially pleased to see that the machine could grind the spiral flutes of an end mill. Many reviewers elsewhere on the Internet are saying that these machines cannot grind flutes. This machine can. This will be a key consideration in my decision on which cutter grinder to buy. Now that I know it's possible, my expectations for a new machine are increased. There is still a lot of room on KZbin for an experienced tool and die grindor to create new videos about the details of tool and die grinding. Books on the subject are hard, and maybe impossible, to come by.

Are you having a laugh? When the flute grinding attachment was being used the follower finger repeatedly came off the end of tool. Sharpen your tools like that and their only use would be for stir welding.

Grinding the helix on an end mill.....especially with this machine...... will take a bit of practice as even for an experienced person it is a tricky exercise.
