I heard this on the Planet Rock a couple of days ago and it was so good I couldn't tell who it was and lots of different bands were going through my head from Airborne, AC/DC and loads of 80's rock bands. This is real heavy metal how I remember it from my youth, fucking fantastic.

Dan, I'm 60 yo now, played metal for 5-6 years around 79-85; Judas Priest, Accept and Saxon was my heroes then. Now Primal Fear is these bands combined for me, I'm so happy I found these guys keeping the classic metal going!

I agree with you that Primal Fear is a phenomenal band that has released many great albums. They have been out since 1998 and they have put out 13 studio albums which is very impressive. Judas Priest for the most part have not put out that many albums since their masterpiece Painkiller in 1990. I do like about half of Jugulator their 1997 studio album, and only one song from Demolition Bloodsuckers their 2001 studio album. I do love the majority of Angel Of Retribution their first studio album with Rob Halford in 15 years that came out in 2005. I do love a few songs from their 2008 studio album Nostradamus. I love about half of the 2014 studio album Redeemer Of Souls, but the production on it is horrible. Their most recent studio album 2018's Firepower in my opinion is their best album since Painkiller. I was very impressed with how great it is. It is not as good as Painkiller, but for their age I was very impressed with the majority of the album big time.
