Thanks for the play through. You really did a solid job with the rules for a game with a lot of moving pieces. Hope to see more Primal. The game seems fairly straightforward, but there are many interesting choices. I am defiantly going to have to make a player aid sheet for this game.

Thank you! Will absolutely try and get more content out! The 2nd package with the expansions is on the way so looking to get an unboxing of that and playthrough in! I definitely feel the need to make a player aid with all the iconography and steps as well!

Potion rule is spot on. “A Player” includes yourself

That's what we were hoping! Thanks

After all, it wouldn't make sense if you couldn't drink your own potion! ;-)

Great video, thank you for running through all the steps and using Thoreg's Sledgehammer card, the X values weren't intuitive for my wife, and I just trying the prologue and made a lot of confusion. Your quick breakdown really helped. Keep slaying!

Thank you so much! We will be doing a full campaign playthrough on our channel and looking to have our community involved in the decisions as well!

Great playthrough, thanks for sharing. If I recall right when monster is stunned you may also select one other hunter and reveal up to two attack cards to do some extra damage.

Will have to look that one up, they did change the rulebook up some I know that!

Was very curious about this game. I have a few boss battle games that I love. I am not sure about the board area, but I will keep watching.

What boss battle games do you own? the board area is not as bad in person when you have more freedom to move it around the table. When trying to film I have to cram everything in view haha

Great playthrough, and don't worry about the "mistakes"! You did barely any and pointed out when you weren't sure :) I also love that you got surprised by Stance III, but now that you know you can prepare better for it and save all your potions and extra damage for the end! The objective could have helped a lot at the end as well cause you only need a single green at the end of your sequence to avoid attrition. And yes, the game needs a better player aid with more details at each step. You're correct at 1:00:12, you can't overpay for stamina with extra cards (paying a 2 stamina card for 1 cost is fine, but you couldn't pay 2 1-stamina cards for a 1 cost card for instance). However as you noted you had the right equipment to work around it! Also if I'm going by the card on TTS, Skullshock hammer is 1 counter when you play a red, then the next red you play would remove all counters (so you need 4 reds to stun, not 3?) but I noticed they changed some cards compared to the TTS demo, so I might be wrong there!

Thank you! I wish I had paid more attention to the objective card lol. I had tunnel vision and was trying to just pump out damage haha. Thank you for also helping confirm some of the rules! From my understanding they did change and tweak some of the abilities on cards. I will have to look at the Skullshock Hammer and see, but more that likely you are right!

That monster deck is quite small, isn't it? But the game looks awesome.
@StefanoPadovani7 ай бұрын
Indeed, the behaviour deck is just 9 cards. Then you have stance and peril cards, which should be another 6 tops.
@gamingwiththepowers7 ай бұрын
Yes but the monster deck is based on the difficulty level. Each monster has a total of 18 cards and depending on the difficulty level the scenario will tell you to mix and match certain cards. The deck is purposely made small because there is a mechanic tied to the monster decking out
