Even though making money is a great thing to have, starting a KZbin channel should be about finding your *passion* and turning it into videos. That way, you'll be much more inclined to be consistent since you genuinely enjoy what you do! 👌🏻

I love this ! It really got me going with VSDC - I was having problems with it before. The language is clear, the division into sections or chapters on discrete topics is ideal for finding things a second or third time. I was up and running within a day. Highly recommended - who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks ?(75 and still learning - such fun). Thank you so much.

Great video man! I used VSDC for 2 years before switching to Resolve, and never knew I could be doing slow motion!!! That would've really changed things for me! 'Roger that', however, I have a video with multiple layers and ended up creating a gap at the beginning as well. How does one close the gap in this situation? Again - Thank You.
@KDYaker Жыл бұрын
Thank you! I am now trying to find explanation for the layers. Doing my first video and I have imported a lot of videos and images to the timeline. It puts each one in its own layer. I know I can drag it to layer 1, but the software has made as many layers as imports I have done. I'm sure I'm missing a simple setting or command to eliminate them or merge them, or should I be keeping them in separate layers. Is there a video that you have or someone else giving these instructions? I purchased the software and have not found the answer in the manuel yet.

I'm trying to follow along here. I've used other video editing software before so I'm fairly competent with the basics. Here's the first thing I'm running into that I can't seem to figure out what's going on. I add my first clip with no problem; I add a second clip with the end of the current scene option also without issue. When I go to add a third clip it places it at the end of the second clip but then deletes the second clip and leaves a gap in the middle. I've tried importing it multiple ways with different settings and it does it every time. What am I missing here?

I appreciate your informative how-to video. I will indeed download the VSDC Video Editor. One question is, can one load the audio track into the project first? I will be making a music video, and that is where I need to start before adding various video clips and still shots. Speaking of, can one add still shots and achieve a slideshow affect, like adjust the length that a photo is shown, etc. I guess I will figure it out soon enough when I delve into the program, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks
