Thank you for keeping customers informed. I use a NP5 Mk1, when Tidal Connect compatibility is introduced, will Mk1s have the 'first unfold' stage of MQA processing? Or is it all or nothing with MQA?

We are exploring all options to be sure that both original and MK2 versions, as well as all Prisma models, are capable of playing back Tidal Master files, which is one of the reasons for the extended delay in introducing that feature, but before we do a an application and OTA update needs to be launched, and following that Roon Ready certification for all remaining Prisma models, so would ask for your patience as we work through this during most interesting and challenging times, Terry

Andrey, sorry to hear you are having issues, but thousands of Prisma users have been able to get connected to WiFi around the world, and millions more have used the Google Home to get setup with their Chromecast devices, so it must be a problem with your unit or how you are trying to set it up. Yup, one of the models for which we designed the NP5 Prisma platform to provide full network playback features and functionality, while also providing basic controls from the Prisma app with RS232 connection from the NP5 Prisma MK2 to the SPA22. Thanks for asking!
