I love seeing new mount options for piggybacking dots. I have a PLxC in a PLx mount and I love it, I’m sure this cheaper SLx option works just as well. What I’d LOVE to see from you guys though is a 5mm or 10mm spacer for either of your SLx or PLx RMR top mounts. I think Reptilia and Badger are the only ones doing this. It’s a must for piggybacking a dot on an MPVO with taller elevation turrets. Also, along with a few other commenters, a sub $1K PA ACOG would be 1000x more exciting than any new mount or LPVO flavor. A 3, 4, or 5x prism with a long body (like your GLx 2x’s) for the eye relief, wide FOV, and with a built in RMR top mount would be earth shattering! Keep innovating and driving the market PA! That is why so many of us love your optics!

Do you know it the reptile risers will only work in their ecosystem or will the work on other rmr scope mounts?

@@jaynawinehouse It’s funny you ask cause I had this exact thought a few years back. I use a Reptilia RMR riser now on their C1 mount but I originally jerry-rigged it to work with a PRI mount. The riser is the exact dimensions of any RMR mount so played fine with PRI’s 12 o’clock RMR mount. The only issue I had was with screws. The riser comes with longer screws and they did work with the PRI mount but they were a few mm too long. It wasn’t perfect but I trimmed them down and with some LockTite it was secure enough to maintain zero with .308 AR10 recoil. I wouldn’t really hesitate to try their risers with other mounts again but go into it knowing you may need to order different screws.

Wow I just picked up the reptilia RMR top mount this morning already have the aus scope mount. I'll make sure to pick this stuff up next time I do a lpvo setup

I've been wanting to duplicate my Badger Ordnance C1 mount with 35 degree offset dot on a M&P 15-22 trainer without dropping the same money for a while. This announcement is like manna from heaven, the new SLX scope mounts with the offset are absolutely in the right price range to make that happen.

In focustripp’s “PSA JOKEL” video, you can see he has the new slx mount, so i think they already sent it to him before release for review, just like they did for the glx1x in his gundeals video

@@chromosome_harvester Good catch, he stopped dropping the prism mounts because they consistently bend but I really hope these cantilevers and the new prism mount you can co-witness through can hold up.

Any advice for mounting a GLx RS-15 red dot on picatinny rail? For some reason I'm not finding what I believe I need. Just mount a small pistol red dot onto a picatinny rail that's 45° angle.

For everyone asking for an offset option for their micro prism that doesn't bend, watch the video from deltathirtyfour here on the tube and he talks about a ring mount that mounts to the body up near the objective lense. Might be oos, idk. I personally dont have a micro prism but the offset he shows seems like itll be stronger than the PA 12 o'clock offset
