It happened to me a few months ago, i tried to mix the triggers, like my fav thing is how prim pronounce every word but even that didn't help after i got used to it, so i tried visual things like hands movements and it did help now i mix it up every now and then and it has been wonderful. Hopefully this will help u as well

I find that mixing different therapies helps . I use spa type music, meditation, positive affirmations, nature sounds and ASMR. I’ll use one until it becomes ineffective then continue cycling through the others one at a time. It works fairly well for me.

Ahh, extremely relaxing!!! The magical part for me is the chirping of birds in the background around 16 minutes in. Reminds me of sitting on a bench at Disneyland, enjoying a frozen lemonade or pretzel, while watching people walk by, and listening to the birds ☺️

What? They're terrible! There is no way those are clean at all and they look like witches fingers, and not in a good way. The eyelashes are way too much, too. Love ur nails! I’d personally take a nail file to them and sharpen the tips to be needle sharp daggers…. Some of the tips look dull. I do that after every nail spa visit….
