A great addition to the Ailen collection. I was thinking of getting the open egg, but in the end, I stuck with the proximity piece egg and face-hugger that came with my Ripely. Fingers crossed import costs have come down.

Hey matey - good to hear from you! Yeah, it’s only ever been UPS that have been charging import fees up to & over 30%!! (I’ve paid 35% and I’ve had others message me saying they’ve been charged 38% by UPS!!)… Anyway… as you say, let’s hope eh matey?.. 😁👍🏻

Kidding yourself again, £400+ for this is a joke, it's a POS to be honest with a very basic paint job, like you say it's just "OK" and it's exactly that, worth about £150 max, we are at the stage now where people are paying 400-900 for 1/3 scale busts/eggs lmfao, anyway i don't wish to be toxic but i say it how it is. enjoy.

Well, you say it how you personally see it, more than ‘how it is’? And there certainly seems to be an air of toxicity to your comments, of late? The previous one being of this being a strange channel (& yet, here you are, still watching?)… I must be doing something right, at least? 😜 All statues are overpriced! Period!! It’s up to the individual if they want to pay it, to own the piece, it’s justifiable & they can afford it etc… I fully appreciate people will have their own opinions, of course, but starting a comment with ‘kidding yourself’ is just not all that intelligent in my book, I’m afraid?… (Hopefully my reply wasn’t all that toxic, either?)… 😁👍🏻

@@hauntofthecollector it doesn’t matter what you say or how you word it, it’s still a fking rip off for what your getting period, i have a lot of expensive statues and have been buying them for years but I’ve also got brain cells and i can see past bullshlt like this, the paint job on this is crap it’s not an opinion it’s a fact, you only need a pair of eyes to see that. Anyway I’m not going to keep messaging back and forth arguing over the matter, it looks like one of those cheap money boxes you’ll get when you was a kid or something you’ll get out of a DVD collectors edition, of course you’ll disagree and argue day in and day out as you’ve forked out the money for it so you kind have to like it 😂

I have always given honest and frank opinions on pieces I’ve bought! And I can’t think of any other statue channel that’s dished out blunter critiques to statue companies that I have done? It’s pretty glossy to be fair mate, and now I’ve had it for a few days, it’s grown on me even more… but I think 8/10 is a fair score… 👍🏻
