I loved this. I saw it side by side with the alien queen and putting them both together does make an amazing scene but does also take up a lot of room. I almost pulled the trigger on the queen version but then i decided to go for the alien warrior from aliens instead as it scales perfectly with my predator and is more accurate. If i had unlimited money and space, i would have definitely liked to have added both the rogue and the queen to my collection.

It's an impressive Alien Statue, however when you get close the paint doesn't look great. Also, space wise you could have another statue, I understand the disappointment. Especially if it's not sitting flush, I would send it back for a refund.

Definitely an impressive concept piece. Could have had a smaller base but I could see why they felt it would have interfered with what they wanted to accomplish. Still is an amazing sculpt altogether. Congratulations on getting it and thank you for sharing.

I love the first two Alien movies, AvP game and respect that there's a lot more extended universe although I didn't really get into it. I think this piece is fantastic and only slightly derivative which isn't a bad thing. I mean if you look at movies like Terminator and Alien, the sequels took what was existing and added to it in a good way, and I think both sequels are better. The Xenomorph franchise kind of detoured a lot with things like the Red Hive(which I'm on board with), and the movies with things like the dog/cow, goo, spores, etc. which I'm mixed on(like the other species but not Ripley/Hicks/Newt getting killed). For the King Alien I like the big size and that it pairs with the Queen(bit like a clash of titans like the T-Rex and Indominus Rex). I also like the glossiness of this, and perhaps the only thing is that some of the purple/pinks are perhaps a bit too bright and should be darker, but the whole thing is dark so it still looks cool. Also the size adds a lot of presence even if it's impractical, and the Alien King/Queen should be big. The blue in the resin is cool too, I'd like to see a Venom done like that at least once so it looks like MvC with blue and black.

I really like this piece and still tempted to buy it but I completely agree with your review. I love the concept, the paint job, and ferocity of this piece. What stopped me was the amount of space this bad boy takes. P1 should have literally chopped that massive base in half. Yes, I get its supposed to be a companion for the queen but I just wanted the Rogue Alien. Other than that, I think this piece is fantastic. The purples and how this Xenomorph is designed really pops

Too much airbrushing of single colors with shading drop off being very sudden, reminds me of those airbrushed t-shirts you could get at the theme park in the 90s, very bright, very simple, very quick. Sculpt needs some editing to balance the weight and textures. It’s very cool but I would’ve definitely spent the extra time to blend in more complex colorations and edited the base more

It has a problem with the displayability (is that word accurate?) but the detail and quality are great. Reminds me that Alien: Romulus is coming very soon and from what i am seeing and reading its gonna be a pleasant surprise. Dont forget to check it out if you can Mr X!

​@TheXtremeChannelMrX the concept and presence are cool. The seem lines could be tighter, how clean the Alien Rouge is from the feet to the mouth is a miss. It is fighting and walking through muck. Feet are pristine. The ground looks like mush in many areas, which makes paint a challenge.
