The instructions telling you to heat the vines for fit must be new. Mine didn't say that and I ended up snapping one of them. The vines were nowhere near where they are suppose to be according to the instructions. Like not even close which is why I ended up breaking one. Mine also came with two of the main fangs broken in the venus fly trap jaws but they were clean breaks and so I was able to super glue them and you can't tell they were ever broken. She's a great statue and I'm glad I got her, the downside is she's huge and fragile as all hell.

I bet that people snapping them became a common problem that their customer support was getting sick of.. it’s crazy just how much the vines can deform though.. whenever it comes with a break like those fangs on yours, always contact the store you purchased from. If they can’t replace they’ll usually give you a partial refund to just except it and go away lol. And you’re right, she is huge a very fragile… I think single character pieces being huge nowadays just isn’t working.. people don’t want to eat up all that space on one statue when these companies just keep releasing more and awesome sculpts that we didn’t think were possible years before. But I agree she is a very awesome statue and I’m glad I got her too. I like this green one over the “normal skin” version they later released. But with all that being said thank you for tuning in and the support bro!!!😎🤘🏻🦇

For these Prime 1 pieces it's always advisable to refer to the out of the box assembly type videos that they release on KZbin. It would've saved you a lot of time and effort.
