Nice looking piece. I still remember meeting Tyrese, Josh Duhamel and most importantly Megan Fox when they were filming Revenge of the Fallen in Bethlehem, PA. It was really cool seeing the behind the scenes, then seeing how it looked on the big screen.

Jazz was always my favorite Autobot, especially since he was a Porche, voiced by Scatman Crothers, and loved loud music. I still have the G1 toy of him and Hound displayed in my mancave. I was disappointed when they changed him to a Pontiac Solstice (nothing against the company or the car) it just wasn't Jazz. I don't know if it had to do with copyrights, product placement or love for American made vehicles but it just wasn't the same. However, as a Jazz fan I was even more disappointed that they killed him off in the first movie. A shame about the QC. Great review though. GOD Bless as always Brother!

Jazz is only bayformers who was similar to his g1 design. That helmet with ears (antennas/horns), visor on his eyes, front of car like his chest in bot mode, wheel near to his feet, similar transformation but not Porsche 911 but silver pontiac solstice and insteand of hands he had weird fingers..

Totally agree, the peg issue is unforgivable, fortunately, It's a simple fix if you own a Dremel. These pieces are very impressive but I don't think I'd want too many of them, they're pretty similar and can merge into each other when displayed as a group. Definitely time to buy a Dremel though, cheers 8-)

Never got into the Michael Bay’s Transformers movies. It just didn’t reflect the Transformers I grew up with. The Bumblebee movie though was pretty good. I actually liked the opening scene of it, and how they made those Transformers look more like the cartoon characters of the 80’s. Wish they would have stuck with the classic design. 😔

I was disappointed watching the first Michael Bay, Transformers movie in theaters when it first came out when Jazz crash landed at a Pontiac car dealership instead of a Porsche car dealership, would have been cool if Jazz transformed into a '80's white Porsche with blue racing stripes on them which would have been nostalgia and cool. But the Bumblebee movie was I think the better Transformers movie if Michael Bay, did the G1 take i think the franchise would have done justice. Nice review.

Jazz is only autobot.. the only bayformers who can still looks kinda similar to his g1 design even Optimus not. The chest from front of car, wheels near to his foot, antennas like horns cat ears in g1 and visor...okay not beautuful Porsche 911 but little silver pontiac solstice but still you cannot just be hatefull to bayverse Jazz..he still looks like Jazz compare to orher bayformers... ironhide looks whole different in bayverse and people still love him..but I agreed jazz from bayverse is still worst than g1 but bayverse ironhide better than g1. I love bayverse designs like Sentinel sideswipe and lockdown..its not the transformers 1984 Its bayformers whole different universe...even mcu or dc character looks different than in comics books...how Batman suit looks in nolan Trilogy how he looks in reeves batman and how different looks in comics, why caitain America don't have that wings thing on his mask like in comics? Why thanos have different armor than in comics why joker's like Heath Ledger, Joaquin phoenix or jared leto don't look like the comic book joker?

Early into statues, before I pre-ordered almost everything, I was at convention in Chicago and I saw a Bowen Mystique for a great deal. I figured it had to be damaged but I wanted to see it anyway. Instead of letting the seller remove it he let me and her skirt snapped off...sort of forcing me to just buy it. Bright side is the break was clean and totally undetectable after repair. 👍

Personally prefer G1. I find some of the Bay movie transformers to be too complex and can’t really tell what exactly you’re looking at, however, some are extremely well done, such as Megatron and Shockwave.

The rest of the Transformers statues you have reviewed have been SO much more detailed and impressive than this. The worst purchase was the stupid custom Cyclops that didn't fit well on the base and leaped to his death on the tile floor. THANKS for sharing.

because autobot Jazz had clean design and Dino from dotm also had clean design compare to ironhide or ratchet etc. You cannot make so huge detailed robot from little car like Pontiac solstice.

I love the Bay Transformers films. And jazz was one of my favourite characters in the 1st movie.. I was really annoyed with their options for his story in the 1st film. You can tell in your voice you are frustrated and I can see why when you have a great line of statues and 1 in the line is not up to par with the rest it can be a pain in the boot. I do love the side by side assembly and assembled it is very helpful and enjoyable. Man that sucks about the foot peg :(. I am sorry he was a let down hopefully they will take your thoughts into consideration and make changes to future pieces. Visor head looks incredible. I think your ratings are fair. I bought a action figure for i think £40 so about $50 and it was my 1st neca figure a Gipsy Danger from pacific rim and none of my friends who collect those figures told me you have to heat the figure up in hot water before moving joints as they will snap and as soon as I opened box turned arm *SNAP* eghh nevermind poop happens take care mate stay safe

No real regrets on my purchases as I tend to take a loooong time on deciding on what pieces I really want and end up going for. On the flip side, I have regrets on pieces I didn't buy because sometimes I take too long on deciding. But if it's meant to be, I'll get them down the road eventually at a similar or better price.

I've always thought, that with the Transformer statues they should include a small model of the vehicle they turn into. Recently I purchased the "Sideshow/Prime1" flash and was very disappointed in the paint/fitment. First statue I had to send back.

I haven't had any terrible QC issues yet but I have had more and more little QC issues come up lately. It is so frustrating waiting on a piece and knowing it was shipped out with a defect or damage. I would rather have it damaged during shipping.

Not a fan of bayformers but this one is definitely lacking compared to the other ones you've got. Just doesn't have that presence very plain. With him being such a solid color they should have gone more color on the base make the silver/grey pop more than blend in.

If I was to get a Transformer statue I am not sure I would want it from the Michael Bay adaption. Only a few of the Transformers in his movies really stood out in terms of design.
