Thank you Twizted D for this video. I will be coming to Prime Inc on March 4th and I’m definitely coming with listening ears and ready to do a lot of studying and taking notes. Having that attitude of oh I ain’t got to study it’s shorter now than it was but what some don’t realize it may be shorter far as papers but still more to learn. But again thank you for this video.

The problem is the wording, you can know exactly what you're talking about but with improper wording you're screwed.

Exactly, naming the part is BS. If I put my hands on each part stating your looking for frays cracks etc for said part or whatever should be totally sufficient

Pretrip has to be learned by volume and relentless repetition. Point being I started 19 years ago and I struggled with it. But I've been at it 19 years so grasping it and longevity has no correlation

I went through PSD a couple of years ago in Salt Lake City. Unfortunately I failed the backing 3 times due to some personal issues I was going through at that time and was sent home. Would Prime allow me to try again with a new CLP? I would like to have another shot at going to Prime.

Good afternoon. Is it true that OTR drivers pay monthly for the trailer as well as the truck? If so, why is that?

Is getting a CDL worth it these days? Im tired of factory work, i just want something to get me 10 hours work a day, not 10+ and something to get me home each day
@xItsmeFirex8 ай бұрын
It depends. Big OTR companies pay you by the mile and not the hour. Some companies pay the load/trip and other typically smaller company pay you by the hour. So it’s not like a normal job that pays you an hourly rate.

@@andrewevans7992 when you first start out your wage or the cents you get per mile will be lower then if you had experience. Also the bigger companies pay less than the smaller ones due to high turnover and greed.
