Just stayed there for 3 months. They got me on rent (19,000 month) due to short term. Very friendly staff and very well maintained. Relatively quiet. Pool was awesome!

What is clear to me is rent/lease inflation is still out of control in Pattaya, at least for the real estate West of Third Road and between Central and South Pattaya Road. A friend of mine just signed a lease for a building Reds previously reviewed that is near Third Rd and S Pattaya Rd for 25k/mo!!!! Reds video review said it was 13k and up to lease there. What is clear is if one doesn't want to end up in a cramped studio one needs to have an absolute minimum $US $3000/mo budget anymore to live in Pattaya and have a decent 1 bedroom

Good video too expensive for rent on a one year contract when you sign the contract do you have to pay 6 months rent upfront

It's often 2 months rent plus a deposit up front.

I completely disagree. Centric Sea is an excellent quality build and very quiet. With a world-class lobby on the 34th floor and a fantastic rooftop pool. Perfectly working elevators and clean facilities. Of course, if you only ever look at the CHEAPEST condos in a building, you can't expect premium quality and the latest furnishings. I lived in a 52 sqm condo on the 30th floor for 2 months (for 22k baht), and all my visitors were absolutely thrilled, just like me.

@@ingwisingwis8336 I didn’t intend for my review to be mostly negative. But from viewing the condos I felt they had seen countless tenants over the years and it showed. I’m aware these units are very popular with younger people especially but I just didn’t see the appeal, especially considering the high rental price
