I don't think he necessarily chose money. He just wanted to prove he was good enough for Manchester united because he played for their academy but couldn't get enough game time so left for Juventus

Quel centrocampo esaltava tutte le sue qualità, c'erano Marchisio, Pirlo e Vidal. Allo United non c'era la stessa qualità a centrocampo e si è trovato da solo.
