@@bobfole4781 Kyle Boller wasn't the dummy that drafted Kyle Boller in the first round. He was a fifth round talent. His college stats sucked! In 4 years, he had 64 TDs and 48 INTs. His average per attempt was 6.1 yards and his completion percentage was 48%. What in those stats told Ozzy and Brian that Boller was better than Rex Grossman who had 77 TDs to 36 INTs, 8.3 yards per attempt and a 61% completion percentage? The Ravens defenses of the mid-to-late 2000s deserved so much more than Kyle Boller at QB. On another note, Lewis, Reed, Suggs, McAlister and company in those all-black uniforms was too awesome. So many great plays showing how good they were: 1:53 Suggs combining with Demps for the sack 2:46 Ray with the defensive stop 4:26 Ray beating three blockers to put the pressure on Garcia 7:28 Reed with a big hit on the TE 7:40 McAlister with a perfect low tackle on the RB 11:37 Ed timing the run blitz and dropping the RB 12:50 Ed making THAT play

Agreed 100%. 2006 was truly a Super Bowl-worthy D. Pryce, Ngata, Gregg, Ray, Scott, Suggs and Thomas all played at a Pro Bowl level. McAlister and Rolle played lockdown coverage at corner and Ivy was an underrated nickel. Landry was a force as a rookie and it felt like Reed had a relatively quiet season by his standards just because the unit was so good overall. Random note. I watched every snap that season and I only saw McAlister give up on TD all year.
