Hope you read this comment and take it as constructive criticism: Elected representatives need to be asked some "ਤਿੱਖੇ ਸਵਾਲ", respectfully of course. Unfortunately this interview sounded like the MLA gave you a list of things he'd like to talk about, and you framed questions accordingly. This guest may or may not be a well-informed, well-meaning MLA, but his constituency isn't perfect. Was expecting more questions about its problems, based on primary and secondary information. We need responsible and ethical journalists like you to ask tough questions and hold politicians accountable. Even if the agenda for this conversation was limited, like you said you wanted to keep it positive, as an example, the guest should have been questioned on his decision to use his influence to have a student pass. It's okay to laugh at a situation like that, but not to let it go entirely as a laughing matter. I hope this is taken in the right spirit. Took the time to write this because I hold Prime Asia TV to the absolute highest standards of journalism. Thank you for your time, and more power to you and the entire team.
