I just received my two Punch/Counterpunch in the mail and I guess when Hasbro stalled the order and saw the complaints about the shoulder issue. They fixed it. Both my figures are fine. I guess they are paying attention to you guys.

thanks for the info on the shoulders, just got mine today and thought something was off. also if you flip the Decepticon symbol face down the roof of the car goes together much more easily.

I think you flip the opposite faction symbol panel on the back of the figure down to conceal it in whichever mode you keep him in. This also provides extra weapons storage.

I was looking at screenshots from "The Headmasters" Japanese cartoon, and the gun he comes with is fairly screen accurate to that cartoon, which is a nice touch.

A recent article came out saying that the figure is NOT missassembled, the flat part is meant to be on the bottom to keep the shoulders from drooping, some guy ran off at the mouth saying it was dissassembled because he was having trouble with his copy, he saw an easier time with that by switching the position of that part but its not an assembly error. Unfortunately almost ALL reviewers are now saying its missassembled

Those chest panels would also let him better hide the insignia he isn't displaying (it's probably a bit suspicious to be an Autobot with a Decepticon insignia on your back, and vice-versa).

Very nice figure, the other two seemed like made mostly because of necessity, this one seems to be pure fun. It's hilarious that this figure comes with Prime Armor/Fist but has no limb mode. I know that Prime Armor is "the thing" in PotP line, but wouldn't mind Punch/Counterpunch missing this accessory and instead having second black gun, just like G1 figure :). Unfortunately, Amazon is messing with my preorder once again, it's almost 10 days and they didn't even ship my order... Really, either I'm very unlucky or their way of handling preorders is complete disaster (I've placed my preorder in July). I suppose they eventually will ship it (just like Repugnus), but really... Shame on you, Amazon.

8:40 In the TFWiki said that it was based on a Infiniti G37, but it's actually incorrect, because; By judging the headlights side windows and back it reseembles to a modern day second Generation Acura NSX, just without the targa (glass) roof unlike the real one. and those "air intakes" are called hood air scoops. i hope that information would serve to you Balt.

Got mine pre-ordered with Amazon Prime and it came in mis-assembled like you said. But nothing like a disassembly can't fix it. Otherwise its a great figure. But the figure does come with a prime armor that supposed to be worn and used as a combiner hand. Although I have a feeling with some 3D printed pieces it can be use as an arm for a combiner. As a leg however it'll be difficult and might not even work. So I'll put my two cents here and see if anybody is willing to make one, Chao!

Tristan Welke it depends on the continuity. For example, Regeneration 1 has him as a hybrid of both, with no real allegiance to either.

I just got mine in today... Glad the fix worked, though I worried a lot about possible breakages. Still, Punch/Counterpunch from the Prime Wars Trilogy set is a definite must-have imo. The G1 figure is great, I still love it and its good enough to be a centerpiece of my collection. But the PWT version is a worthy upgrade. XD I just wish they'd skipped the Prime Armor and ögly Prime.
