Honestly would have preferred to see a 5.0L in this, even a naturally aspirated one.

Aside from the 5.0 not fitting, the on demand torque with these twin engines is more important than the hp when it comes to 3 ton SUV. The 3.5 eco boost is faster than the 5.0 F150 and with a $600 tune in the eco boost you need a $8k supercharger on the 5.0 to beat it.

@@rossomeness3549 The ecoboosts have no longevity and when something goes wrong and it eventually will the twin turbos are expensive to fix. The 5.0 liters do fit, people have done swaps and it fits so good that it almost seems that it was designed to fit... the biggest problem is getting the computers to play nice together.

@@joetuktyyuktuk8635 KOH 4600 Broncos…stock 2.7 engine, stock 10 speed trans, winning. Everything new breaks and is expensive to fix. If you want cheaper and easier to fix and build, get an LSx or a SBF, which could easily make the same or more power than a coyote that is very limited for size. For reference the modified class KOH trucks have 460ci SBF, the coyote would never even be a thought. I say all of this and I literally just traded in a 5.0 mustang, it was fun for sure. But my 2.7 bronco with a tune has no issue moving out on 35s.

You can stop whining about the sound of the turbo V6s. So you don't like it; we get it. I on the other hand am tired of the roar of so many V8s that just can't get out of their own way so give me this purr of a surprisingly powerful V6.
