2020 Sierra Denali Night Review | Some Good and Bad!

Thank you for this night time review. It's a unique and insightful experience that no one else does, but greatly needed and appreciated! GMC Sierra trucks have always had terrible headlights. A stock projector with a good HID kit has always worked for me.

I don’t think it’s a bad interior...I think it’s more that ram just absolutely smashed it! A better screen would do a lot for it.

Why no american automaker uses swiveling headlights is mind boggling. All three of my VWs have had them and they're amazing on those winding mountain roads.

I’m surprised they don’t have them with this price of a truck. I believe Ram trucks offer them and Ford has them at least in the Explorer but still, they should be on here! They’re great to have 👍

Thanks very much for the review! Great information that’s not covered anywhere else. I just ordered a new 2021 AT4 Carbonpro with Duramax. Was surprised to see the front turns are LED and also the reverse lights. Figured they were all incandescent like all the lower models I see around. I have a question though, are there lights in the visors? If so, are they LED? Any other incandescent lights besides the licence plate lights? Thanks in advance!

Glad it was helpful! I’m sorry I completely forgot to look at the visor lights. I know it has some for the visor, but can’t remember if they’re LED or incandescent or integrated into visor or mounted to ceiling by visor, but it does indeed have those lights. It’s annoying that you can’t use the auto high beams if you have the fog lights on. Someone could just adjust the level of the headlights a bit to create more usuals light.

Weird gm trucks don't have ambient lighting, fords ambient lighting is really cool. Still won't buy a ford, maybe a raptor lol

Interior looks Like crap if compare to new Dodge Ram

Body of the new RAM looks like crap, compared to the new GMC's. BTW, Dodge doesn't manufacture RAM anymore.

I agree. It's plain looking. The exterior is good, but there is a lot of dash real estate unused. The rest of the cabin looks simple and very cookie cutter. The gauge cluster is worse. The first time I saw the flat black background with white illumination I thought it was a base model work truck. My 2015 All Terrain gauge cluster has more flavor. These are nice trucks, but I'll wait for the next updated model.
