I've had eczema for years, and red light therapy has helped a lot. My doctor recommended an affordable panel from Future Form Official in Norway. Using it for 20 minutes nightly has improved my skin. Thanks for the helpful info here!

How are you getting on now? Do you still use the red light? Has your eczema cleared at all?

I love everything about this podcast! I am just getting into more of a holistic approach on trying to heal my eczema through diet and lifestyle changes. When Melissa talks about Western medicine vs Functional medicine I applaud that because I was so tired of showing up to my dermatologist and just getting prescribed a higher dosage of whatever steroid I was using. I'm super happy I found this community! Thank you for this.

I have an eczema flare across my eyebrows that I caused by using too strong vit C serurm. I think God just told me to use my red light that I have been ignoring for the past year to heal my skin because I had no idea red light could help. I am so surprised and pleased to find out that my red light that I bought for wrinkles ( and haven't really used for that) can help me with my eczema!!! I have the DPL IIa. I just my first treatment today.

Hi Thank you for your interesting feedback - if possible could you please advise how often in general I should use red light treatment for full body eczema and what distance e.g inches/cm should I be from the red light panel 🙏💕

I bought a red light panel in July. I am going to start using it for my eczema, which starting coming on in around September. Are you supposed to use it while undressed? Did anyone else have stagnant lymph nodes before getting eczema? Did anyone else have major stress prior to it appearing? I bought it for a different use, but now it will come in handy. I can kill two birds with one stone! Is it better to use it right after showering, or can you use it in the evenings?

I had eczema in the past, but was able to heal it without steroids or doctors' care. The thing that took care of it completely was simply one session of tapping (look on You Tube). However, last year I was under major stress with a hard-to-diagnose medical issue with one of my dogs, then followed by taking on a puppy with major behavior problems that needed my expertise and experience to save his life. (Yes, I was successful and still have him.). But all that stress brought on eczema again, got so bad finally on my face with swelling that made me look like a monster and I had to go on steroids which I didn't want to do. If cleared up pretty well, but came back with a vengeance and I'm having no luck with anything and am experiencing the swelling in my face again and it sees to have gone into TSW and spreading all over my body. Just this morning I was curious to see what, if anything, red light therapy might do. I'm going to try it!

Has anyone tried Celluma devices?

Interesting. Will have to look into this more. However, I wonder if the frequency of use is related to the effectiveness. I also need clarification on why specific areas need to be treated separately. At the end of the day, I’m sure the barrier is cost for most people.

I was worried about the cost but I found a really good deal on groupon- $14.85 one month unlimited. Today was my 1st day and I stood in the the red light booth for 9 mins. Afterwards I felt a bit tired but opefully that's a good sign
