I find it very interesting how the difference in lifespans between the species teaches them different things. Viltrumites live so long they learn to distance themselves and avoid attachments. Humans live short lives and strive for those very same attachments. Thraxans live even shorter lives, so they cherish everything that comes their way and let the negatives in life pass them.

Like what Nolan said, Viltrumites age slower then humans, they can lived up to thousand years. He told Mark everyone he ever know would be gone before he would like a 30-yr-old man. A life he doesn't want Mark to have. His time on Earth changed him before he could realize what he had. Similar to Andressa people, Thraxans age much faster, while Oliver would slow down as time goes past as his Viltrumite DNA would kick in. Viltrumites learn they shouldn't form attachments while Thraxans learn to cherish the life they have before their passing. Two different race with different ideology.

Interesting the similarities between this episode when she talks about her son growing slower and everyone around him dying before he is even an adult and season 1 episode when Nolan tells mark the same thing. What will he have in a 1000 years? The only difference is, Oliver wouldn’t have Nolan like mark would have. So it only makes sense for Mark to raise Oliver now and be a fatherly figure to his brother.

Nolan said he was practically full blooded. If Viltum dna is so dominant than I can’t imagine a human weakness wouldn’t get overridden. Whatever part of mark is still human is probably the key to his strength

Not much stronger per se, but DEFINITELY more pain tolerant. In future, especially the last fight, Mark's pain tolerance comes into play a lot. A lot of his enemies really never knew defeat or think mark is out for the count. Ironically, him getting bodied so much at the start is something thar eventually does make him... invincible.

The TV show is much different then the comics omniman became the king of thraxan rather then Kragg and omniman only had one wife where Kragg had many. A few of what's left of the viltrumites went and tracked down Omni man for his treason and killed many of the thread people and the fight omniman and invincible 3 of the where killed but one hidden viltrumites sneak attacks omniman and breakshis back and takes him away tetnracans then viewed Mark aka invincible as their new king and he stays for a small while where in the comics mark becomes rhe new king of thraxan for long time

I think the pure Viltrumites have a lifespan of 10,000 years, so Oliver's lifespan is probably around 800 up to 850 years unless if he healthy enough. Omni-Man said "live for hundreds," not "hundred.

People have said Nolan has been the nicest full Viltrumite out there, (aside from Mark who is and who is not a full Viltrumite but he cpuld be due to the compatability) its more or less true even concerning what happens with most of Viltrumites after. When the Viltrumites were ordered to resort blending with humanity on Earth as opposed to a full scale invasion, most of them found themselves having the same sentiments with Nolan and because there is no gripping pressure to prepare it for a brutal conquest, I know Nolan would still be the nicest one especially if he had this opportunity.

It's ironic that this is what happened, but there is pretty clear difference in that Mark was able to reach adulthood in his mother's life span while his brother wouldn't do the same within generations of his mother's passing. It's the difference of they don't matter because they all die before you and he should be raised by you because you're the only family that will live long enough to actually raise him.

Although there is sort of a difference, Mark becomes an adult by the time all of his loved ones die. While poor Oliver would as a child experience the death of his loved ones dozens of times before even becoming a teenager, let alone an adult. Noone would remember him as a baby by the time he is a child (5-12 in human age ).

Well Nolan came to Earth under false pretenses and then tried usurping the world order. The Thraxans immediately fulfilled Nolan's "purpose" due to their cultural standards and made him their leader, so he didn't have to employ any deceit. Surprise, surprise being deceitful makes people view you as a deceiver.
