THIS is where my obsession with Driver took off. As a Pakistani, I have mad respect for him and everyone else involved with this project. 9/11 was the reason Adam joined the Marine Corps and then to go on and do a project like this takes a lot of courage. Thank you, Amazon

This film is *brilliant.* I knew of the the story like most of the american public knew it, but this brought it into the sunlight for me. The scenes where Edward Snowden were alluded to were particularly powerful, and the questions it raised of what it means to be a moral citizen and a patriot/statesman. I hope this film will get people talking about this still very relevant issue.

Just finished watching this movie and it was soo good. Adam Driver did such an amazing job! I could feel the anger, fatigue, disgust, disbelief, and sadness everytime he had to face some bureaucratic bullshit or found some particularly upsetting piece of info.

That moment with the security guard at the start is amazing. The guard gives him the usual speel, and Jones simply says "have a good night" but doesn't answer the question. That way, if an investigation does come, he's not forced to either say he did have documents (which he did) or say he didn't (which he never had to confirm).

So in the Did you know? Section of this video on Amazon Prime, they state, "Just before filming commenced, the film's original plan of a 50 day schedule was cut to 26 days and the budget was cut from $18 million to $8 million. Hence all the actors including Adam Driver were paid next to nothing on this project. Soooo, Amazon tells you they cut the budget and didn't pay the actors for this film IN THEIR OWN INFORMATION. Guess they are bringing the Amazon distribution center treatment of workers to their film sector. Work for nothing because after you've signed on we'll screw you. Great movie, but not when the actors get screwed after putting in so much talent.

This clip takes a very mediocre movie and cuts it down to its bare bones... and it’s better off for it! Shows Drivers acting and tells the real story succinctly. They should be showing this in schools
