I don´t understand why this channel doesn't have more subscribers than this. Given the range of amazing Crocolilians and the top-notch facilities/habitats.
@bluebowser31212 жыл бұрын
KZbin doesn't reward people on the quality of their content. It rewards for the diversity in content and how it relates to normies. Normies don't care about crocodiles or their facilities. This content is very niche, which is why it doesn't reach as many people.

Kyle was smart to - because I'm guessing this is how it went down - poach Christian from Gatorland (or wherever it was I'd seen him in videos) And Christian probably has close to his dream job now. What a badass scene you're creating down there man, hopefully one day I'll be in the neighborhood when you guys are willing to show the place to this guy who will DEFINITELY appreciate it - and try not to ask too many stupid questions.

Crocodile taxonomy is great! we are always finding out that one species is actually two or more such as the Nile Croc getting split into(C. niloticus) and the Desert Croc(C. suchus), the slender snout becoming two species(M. cataphractus and M. leptorhynchus), Dwarf Crocs becoming three species (O. tetraspis, O. osborni, and a third undescribed species.) and the New Guinea Croc got split to (C. novaeguineae and C. halli) and possibly the Saltwater Croc aswell(C. porosus and C. raninus)

Pretty hybrid you have there! Why can't those countries display hybrids? (My mind went immediately to Yai). Also, I asked Gatorland staff if they ever get any niloticus/acutus hybrids since they have some couples in the same lake, and they said they don't. So it was interesting what you said about overlapping habitats becoming more prevalent. Nile and American crocs don't overlap in the wild so I guess that's why they stick to their own.
