PRIMROSE VALLEY Holiday Park (Ex Butlins Filey and RAF Hunmanby Moor)

The Bay complex is the old Butlins site , Primrose Valley is separate I know I first went as a baby in 1952 , then it was standpipes and toilet blocks . Next year I am paying £1000 for a week in luxury accommodation in March . Filey Bay is stunningly beautiful ❤ Times change 😀I remember mam paying £10 for a week in a caravan , , calor gas lights and oven , water from the stand pipe and toilets in the block

Strictly speaking, The Bay is only part of the Butlins land. Primrose Valley took on most of it. Darren at Adventure Me channel did a brilliant 3 part series on it all

Nice flight, really smooth. I remember going to Butlin’s Filey. Holiday village occupies the site now, though the railway terminus platforms sill survive.
