Absolutely great review. I wish all reviewers would actually use the product before reviewing it like you did. And THANK YOU for showing the size of pans that will sit side by side on it, as well as the simmering ability. Honestly I just don't understand all the reviews for stoves out that that obsess over boiling water in 2 minutes at max power and then say no more. I get that that's useful, but I want to get some pans on and cook some stuff! So thanks for this, it's really really helped my wife and I to decide that this is the right stove for us.
