So, let's get this right....... H turned up for the preliminary hearing, when he didn't need to attend. He flew all the way from LA to UK, just to pose, in front of the court, and the press, by going in the Front Door, when he could have gone in a security entrance. And today, when the judge said he 'should' be there, he doesn't bother turning up. He's so arrogant, entitled and self centred. One can imagine the judge is furious. I would be. He's been trying to get the judge to cut down the time that the barristers have, to question him. Then of course he recently staged a FAKE, near catastrophic, high speed chase, by the paparazzi, allegedly for 2hrs! Only for virtually everyone in New York, including the Police Chief, the Mayor, and the taxi driver, come forward and say it's a lie. How does he think that will affect his credibility in court? This is long overdue, it’s doubtful that he has ever been remonstrated with in his entire lifetime. His Mum let him get away with murder, and by her own admission since Williams position as heir to the throne was laid out along very fixed lines, she intended to make up for Harry being the Spare by encouraging him to see life as fun. If he wanted to sit and watch movies with her instead of school - he did. Above all, she wanted him to not be jealous of W and encouraged him to always do as he liked - so long as he didn’t get caught. She was his co-conspirator. Having read all of that years ago, I am unsurprised that he is an entitled and excessively spoilt man. This has been coming for a long time 🕙

I don't know British law ,but in America ,someone would be held in contempt of court for either failing to show up for a court date or behaving uncivilized while in the courtroom which could be punished by imposing a fine or in the case of failing to show ,issuing a warrant for arrest

But in the states, if the plaintiff doesn't show up, they just automatically LOSE. (Unless they can show that there was an emergency, such as a car accident.... Something really serious). I had this happen once regarding a lawn company trying to sue ME (I am the landlord) and my renter had landscaping done, then didn't pay. (What is wrong with people!)🧐 The landscaping company wanted ME to pay! So they filed a case against me. Then they didn't show up for court. They automatically lost.... BUT, there's a 14 (or 30 day stay)... JUST in case there's a good reason. And they HAD been in a car accident. So! Rescheduled.... But they lost anyway because I didn't sign the contract with them. Any normal parent who had an important engagement would have scheduled their child's birthday party for a different date; it's not as though a toddler would know the difference anyway. I have to wonder if, in fact, Harry only left LA last evening. With the time difference (8 hours) and travel time (10.5 hours), and travel time within Heathrow (landing to exit) and travel from Heathrow to London (I'd guess, MINIMUM 2 hours for both of those)...it's pretty much a guarantee that Harry would not be in court today. That mis-step, done with intention, would also guarantee that this would bode very poorly for Harry. And, as we can see from the reporting of today's fiasco, that things unraveled exactly as predictable. Is Harry really that stupid? (well maybe, but his handlers should have been able to foresee this mess). I'm wondering if there is a total different scenario that has been playing out behind the scenes. Nobody has stated the timing of his arrival in London. Could be that he arrived on Saturday, or Sunday morning. And perhaps he imbibed in some of his favourite therapy sessions......drugs, rendering him unable to be present for his court date. If this is true (and heck, I'm just guessing), then this too will not bode well for his case with the US government about his visa to live in America, and whether he lied to get his original visa. And, it also won't bode well for Harry if down the road he has to fight for custody of his "alleged" children. And, if the things I'm writing in this paragraph bear some semblance to the truth, who might be behind in the destruction of Harry. People have been speculating on that for a long time. I personally would not doubt that this is a possibility. I guess it'll be interesting to see what tomorrow offers in terms of news and updates.

He's planning on being on the stand for a day and a half. The judge has reassured Harry's opponents that they will have as much time as they like. Harry's lawyer said basically that Harry was too important to show up on Monday.
